There was only a mobile-site and web version, but the large percentage of pupils use mobile-site version, so the company needs to develop native apps for iOS and Android.

I cut off the long way to task solving — set carousel with new tasks on main screen and on subject's screen. It impacted positively on users' retention
Doing tasks — core activity within Uchi, so I should be attentive to remain user patterns. First, I copied user flow as it was on the Uchi web to help users to onboard to new app.
I put entry point to the next available task to the stories-like carousel on the main screen. It helps shorten core user flow. Instead of 4 steps the way to the main action takes only 1!
App retention are higher than web version retention, despite cutted functional
Pupils solve more tasks in app in comparison to web, so the limit of free tasks is solved faster
