Hey, I’m Nina

I’m a dedicated design leader who helps businesses get valuable
results through design.

Quality Driver

I know exactly what to do to help teams consistently deliver high-quality design work.

I’ve built teams from scratch and successfully hired and onboarded top performers across various levels.

I give designers the support and direction they need to succeed, as individuals and as a team.

I craft design strategies that support business goals and help teams turn them into action.

Examples of cases I solved as a design leader.

My hands-on experience in solving business tasks via design.
